What does Limited Edition mean?
This means that of every original artwork only a limited amount of fine art prints will be made. I will only make 25 giclée art prints per original artwork. I will provide every buyer with a Certificate of Authenticity, that will state the date, which number print this is, title, picture, name buyer and my signature.
Can you tell me a bit more about the paper you use?
Hahnemühle FineArt Paper
For paper, I use Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta Satin paper. It is a natural white FineArt inkjet paper made of 100% α-cellulose that has been refined with a special inkjet coating for FineArt applications. The subtly textured, smooth base paper contains no optical brighteners and has a silky, smooth surface texture with a beautiful feel. The satin-gloss premium inkjet coating guarantees exceptional print results with intense colours, deep blacks and outstanding sharpness. The acid- and lignin-free FineArt inkjet paper meets the most exacting requirements for age resistance and produces stunning FineArt reproductions of black and white and colour photographs.
What are the framing options?
1. You can order just the print (you can use a local framer, to frame it),
2 Choose a 2" or 3" matted print. Your print will be matted (white) beyond the ordered print size. For example, an 8"x12" print will have a 12"x16" mat.
3. Or choose a matted frame. Bay Photo has a large selection of frame choices. I have made a selection which all go very well with my artwork. The framed Prints are delivered display-ready with hanging hardware attached. Selecting the frame is very personal. Of course, you can always contact me, to ask for advice, I will gladly help you where I can. All frames come with a mat in either 2" or 3' width. If you have chosen a smaller size art print up to 13x18"/30x45cm go for the 2" width. For larger art prints, both widths are possible, it depends on the wall space.
I want a larger art print then listed on your site, is that possible?
Contact me, please. I can create a custom order for extra large art prints. The quality is amazing! You won't be disappointed. I can offer up to 54" on the shortest side, and 100" on the longest. Some pieces can be purchased as separate panels, making the overall dimensions even larger. I'm able to create these extra large high-quality art prints because I use a professional Epson scanner to create large high-resolution digital files of my original paintings.

This is an example of a print I order to see how the quality would be when enlarging it. The original painting is 11x16"/30x40cm and the colors and quality of the print are amazing.
What is your shipping Policy?
Prints will be shipped directly from the printer, Bay Photo. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance, and shipping style that has been chosen. Customers will receive a tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped.
What is the shipping time?
Fine art paper prints without mounting typically have a production time of 1 business day. Additional time will be required for other items such as prints with mounting, canvas prints, and framed prints.
I can't match Amazon when it comes to delivery times, but I know Bay Photo will try its hardest to get your art print to you as quickly as possible!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Bay Photo also ships internationally and has great rates ! Bay Photo has a flat fee for International Shipping. For example a 13x18'/30x45cm fine art print to Canada or Europa both cost around $32.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Bay Photo will accept most returns when an art print has been damaged due to for example ripped a ripped package. Please provide photos to let me know how the package arrived and what the damage to the print is. I will make sure the problem is solved.

What if you don't like the print? If it is just not what you expected. I have thought about this a lot. I understand the difficulties when ordering online. But I have 100% faith in Bay Photo for doing an excellent job and I know the digital images on my website come really close to the original paintings. So I decided that I will handle a NO CURE NO PAY method. If you are not happy, I will give you your money back. Please send the print back to me, if possible in the original packaging and I will refund you. If you don't want your money back but a different art print, you also have the option of choosing another art print from my online collection and I will send it to you free of charge.
How do you package my order?
Depending on what your order consists of, we will put rolled paper and canvas in secure shipping tubes, while stretched canvas and framed pieces are protected with cardboard corners, bubble wrap, craft paper, and a secure shipping box.
